"After high school, I found myself wanting to learn everything about natural health.
I started by eliminating chemical laden body products along with house care cleaning products. I then developed an interest in exercise and clean eating which helped my overall stress levels and helped me stay fit.
I am currently into the latest bio hacking trends, along with researching to help and share with others in need."
