  • Bring earplugs or headphones to block out sound from other members in the room. Get plenty of sleep the night before your session. We recommend at least 8-9 hours the prior night.

  • Dress comfortably and bring a light blanket or sweater/jacket. The room will be at a moderate temperature, but as we relax our body temperature lowers causing us to feel chilly.

  • Be sure to eat enough so you will not be hungry. However, do not overeat as you want your body to have all the energy it needs to heal itself and a heavy load on the digestive system may prevent you from getting the optimal benefit from the EESystem.

    Bring a bottle of your favorite water to stay hydrated (refrain from bringing crackly sounding plastic bottles).

  • This question is hard to answer. All our genetic makeup is different, our diets are different, our ability to move toxins is different, and our emotional well-being, and stress levels are all different. All these factors can affect the body’s ability to heal.
    There are also different phases to each disease process. There are three phases of autoimmunity. It is tough to make a recommendation based on autoimmune disease, not knowing everyone’s background and not knowing what phase they are in. The best comparison we can give is comparing the use of the machine to working out. You must start at the beginning, and the more time you put in, the faster you will get to your desired result.


    Once you reach your desired goal, you must maintain the work you have put in. You might not have to come as often, but we live in a toxic world, and maintenance is highly recommended not to lose any gained success.
    We understand it is frustrating not having a recommendation for each disease and symptom. We can tell you that we highly recommend starting with two hours. One hour does not seem to make any significant difference.

  • The technology doesn't heal the body. The technology creates an ultra-healthy environment that charges the body energetically which enhances the ability for the body to heal itself. The EESystem enhances all four aspects of energetic wellness: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.

    • For clients who are experiencing chronic conditions, we recommend starting with a minimum of 20 hours.

    • EESystem sessions are booked on the hour. While one hour is an excellent opportunity to relax and enter the state, 2-hour sessions are recommended to receive the greater healing effects. Most people find that they want to come weekly to maximize the healing benefits the EESystem offers. The frequency of treatment depends on what you want to accomplish and how much scalar energy affects your body. Scalar energy sessions can be scheduled according to your personal needs.

    • The closer the sessions are, the more optimal your results will be.

    • The effects of the scalar energy are cumulative and are greatly influenced by your lifestyle.

    • You’ll get the best result when you completely relax during your session to give your body the best opportunity to respond to the energy.

    • We highly recommend supporting your EESystem sessions with making healthier nutrition choices, hydrating often, getting ample, quality rest and adopting lifestyle changes that help keep stress to a minimum.

  • People have commented that they are surprised how their brain shuts off and clears and how deeply relaxed they feel within minutes. Afterward, many people report immediately feeling energized, improved sleep and simply feeling that their overall constitution feels stronger and younger.

  • The effects of sitting in the scalar energy are cumulative. The more you sit in it, the more the body moves towards a healthy level. The deeper you relax, the more profound the results. The EESystem helps to detoxify your body. The process of purging toxins creates a workload for the organs in the body. Thus, you may experience some detox symptoms. We highly recommend drinking plenty of water and taking a Himalayan Sea salt bath to assist your body in removing the toxins from your body. Many people find no side effects but rather find the sessions peaceful and extremely relaxing from their very first experience.

  • After your session, your body continues to process and release toxins — so supporting that process is key! Here are a few simple aftercare essentials to help you feel your best:

    • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water with electrolytes to help flush toxins.

    • Eat Clean: Focus on organic, whole foods and avoid processed or fast food.

    • Detox Baths or Foot Soaks: Use sea salt, baking soda, and borax to help your lymphatic system release toxins.

    • Rest + Listen to Your Body: Healing happens when you give your body space to integrate.
